A speciality tea made in small batches towards the end of season, using very experienced tea pickers. The tea leaves remain intact & unbroken right through the infusion. The slightly oxidised leaves give a light amber cup with sweet floral high notes & a long finish with hints of jasmine, peach & apricot.
